Rather than going down that path of thought how about a new path of thought which takes you up. One that compliments the way your body looks now.

Ask the questions who am I doing this for and who am I trying to please? Is it the mind your trying to please which you will never please or something deep inside you that is not satisfied with who you think you are?

Each one of us Luminous Beings on Pachamama are beautiful souls. People who listen to those outside their bodies become victimes to their own issues. You are a mirror reflecting back to them something they don't like about themselves and so they try to push their issues and agenda's back on you.

Stand in your own power and begin to see yourself as beautiful. You don't need foreign elements that aren't natural in your body because over time it will begin to reject it despite what the others say. I know many who have had Breast implants remeoved because they weren't in the mental state for one to deal with what comes with it such as attention and comments and the worry that they will make one sick. Second they knew it was just fake which caused them to feel less about themselves. 

Look inside and find that beautiful being you are and express her, let her run free and float across Pachamama as a butterfly.
