Just remember that everyones body is different. Take pics to your PS, and tell him this is how I want to look, or slightly smaller then this pic but that shape, or whatever you are wanting. I want to look like a full C so I had one in Manila when I had my vacation there last year. My surgeon Dr Rino Lorenzo, who also did my sister's BA was very good. I really felt comfortable with him and relied on his judgement. I'm so glad i did! I really love my result!
