That's true. But the question that you should think out first of all is what's the ideal hormone balance for you.
Sure, more female hormones and/or less male hormones is likely to give you bigger breasts. Small breasts usually indicate either a low levels of estrogen or high levels of testosterone. Herbal products can certainly alter your hormonal levels. But changing your hormone balance is also likely to alter your mental outlook on things, so bigger breasts don't necessarily lead to more confidence. Conversely, women who take testosterone (or herbal products which stimulate production of it)for more confidence don't always appreciate the smaller breasts and the facial hair growth that very often accompanies the increased assertiveness that they took the drug to gain.
There's a lot to be said for accepting and enjoying whatever breasts you have. Tweet
