IF you want a more permanent result, cosmetic surgery would better suit you. I am 6 months into my recovery, and my reduction went very smoothly, and I am very much happy with the results. Frankly, it was not as painful as I thought it would be especially the first few months. It seems that the percocette has been very useful for that, haha. I want to thank my surgeon Dr Rino Lorenzo for all his help. his staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the clinic in Manila is very nice too. I am now more confident and happy with my new self! Goodluck!
Hi I think there's no way you can reduce your breast size naturally. I agree with the suggestion of cosmetic surgery, that would the only way. If you really have problem with the size of your breast then you must undergo surgery since you may suffer back and neck pain due to the large amount of weight that causes strain on the muscles. Right! Much of the fats stored up there is holding toxins for elimination anyways, just like the liver does.
A veg-heavy diet, with a lower porportion of fruits, really helps up collagen production, and strengthens the way the breast supports itself. It takes time to reduce the overall body burden of fat, but surgery exposes the body to the materials it was otherwise storing in the tissue deposits, and to the burden of healing the cut tissues.
It sounds like way too much estrogen production, too. Iodine and heavier amounts of vitamin A help drop that problem. Is there heavy periods involved?
Breast size can be reduced by changing your diet and exercise.
Green tea, ginger tea, massage therapy can also help to reduce breast size. Avoid eating dairy and Sugar product. Citrus fruit juices are good for both weight loss and reduction.
Exercises such as light weight lifting, push ups, swimming, jogging, etc can help to reduce the breast size.
