Hi there,
I totally feel your pain. WoW is so addictive and easily takes over marriages, or in my case my entire life. I've looked everywhere for some help with managing my gaming addiction but yesterday I found this article.... http://mmogphilosopher.blogspot.com/2008/05/7-step-guide-to-healthier-gaming-...
I'm trying to follow the guide and it seems to be at least making me more honest about stuff. I hope it helps your marriage. Maybe you could suggest your husband reads it and then talk it through with him. my girlfriend is helping me to write my eco-list.
well i hope things get better

Hi I'm Alex 24 years old,
I've been suffering with severe anxiety and gut issues for about 7 years now. About 1 year ago I started to notice short term memory problems fatigue, loss of energy, cravings for sugar and bread. Chest pain extreme brain fog, weakness when I stand up. I've been dealing with vision changes but the eye specialist says my eyes are fine. I've seen numerous specialists, my PCP can't find out anything wrong with me he just tells me I have anxiety. I truly believe that there is something seriously going on with my gut. Recently I've been seeing a naturopathic doctor and through testing and stool analysis he says I have leaky gut, Morganella morganii and a weak sIgA and slight candida. They started me on grapefruit seed extract for one week I was feeling better but got extremely worse anxiety. I really don't know where to turn because my stomach can't really handle food because I've been on the Candida diet for about 6 months now and the only things happened is I've lost 40 lbs and can't seem to maintain weight because Every time I eat eggs or chicken and rice or veggies I get this weird fuzzy feeling in my legs and sensitivity to light, as well as abdominal pain. It almost seems like I have a big blood sugar spike but when I check my blood it's basically normal. It doesn't seem to go away until I have a bowel movement. This is really starting to effect me. I don't know what to do, I haven't been able to exercise in 8 months I bearly leave my room, and I haven't been able to work. I have also been getting a depersonalization type feeling every single night and it seems like I'm not aware of where I am and I get a little confused but I know where I am at the same time. Also I keep having feeling that's I may pass out and my brain gets all jumbled. I know it's a lot of information and it's a shot in the dark for anyone to know what's wrong with me but I really just need advice and where to go from here. If you have have any other questions don't hesitate to let me know. As always I appreciate it thank you!
