Hello everyone, i’d like some help please. I’ve been suffering from hand eczema for 2 years now and it passed on to behind my knees and my eyelids. Currently, im trying the candida diet( for 10 days now) but it seems like it is getting a lot worse and eczema is appearing on new areas. Im not sure if its a detox state. Today, ive done my first enema and lots of junk came out. The worsening of my eczema is really demotivating me. Can someone suggest what I can do or if I am in the right direction?

Cod liver oil
DE (before bed)

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum, and I'm really hoping to get some help.

I have been struggling with candida/fungal issues for many years now. What started out as persistent athlete's foot has developed into jock itch, pruritus ani, other skin itching and Acne that appears all over the body, plus bloating, gas and other digestive symptoms.

I have read several books on the subject and visited many of the websites dealing with these issues. They all seem to say something different and this is all super confusing. I've tried some of the candida diets that I have found, and it will seem to help certain aspects but not others. I just want to find something that works that will help get this under control once and for all, and I'd prefer to do it without prescription drugs if at all possible.

If anyone can pass along advice on the best way to go based upon what has worked for them, I'd be so greatly appreciative. Please let me know if you need any additional info from me. Thanks in advance for your time!

  But first, all the itch issue is due to zinc deficiency (go buy a diaper rash cream at the drugstore and zinc supplement (or look up the food that is rich in zinc and eat these). For anal itch - have you tried enemas thus far? They are very useful to help with colon cleanse.
  
  VItamin C is key to help, so is magnesium and exercise is important too (oxygen supply). I did intense organs cleansing (liver, gallbladder, bowel cleanses) and I managed to go back to a normal diet for a few months, I go back and forth now.

  Lugols is very staining, whe reas potassium Iodide or sodium Iodide are clear so will not stain. I have not verified whether these work as well because I did not have them when I had athletes foot. I do now have potassium Iodide but have not needed it for athletes foot because it has not returned.
  
  Also be careful that the fungal spores do not get back on your feet from socks/shoes etc.
  
  Washing clothes with some Borax might be helpful to destroy any fungi.

    Lugols Iodine is very staining so you will have to be careful not to get it anywhere where you do not want it such as floor coverings etc. Some plastic might be helpful such as a large plastic bag.
    
    There are no such problems with clear Iodide forms.

Hello

Was researching candida and saw that steroid inhalers can causes systemic fungal overgrowth. Just realised I've had thrush from my inhaler for at least 2 years now.

Can someone tell me if the untreated thrush in my mouth could have caused candida overgrowth in my intestines?

My symptoms are:

Blurred vision
Excessive and uncontrollable gas (worst symptom)
Constant colds and sinus trouble
Exhaustion
Bit of Depression and lack of interest in anything
Anxiety around crowds
No concentration

        I think I watched a how to video on utube before but I forget what they exactly did or used. Maybe I can buy a used one for cheap online. At this rate I'll probably need to soak my whole body into a bath full of this stuff and somehow do nebulizer treatments too. I guess when you have bacteria routed throughout your entire body there is no immediate quick fix unless you have access to strong iv Antibiotics which I obviously do not like cefixime. Just putting this out there because it's definitely made an improvement in my feet. I've never known the cause of my peeling feet- candida/ athlete's foot/ ??? but I've always battled with it (20 years maybe). I've been using rice water for my hair and skin and have since noticed a major improvement in my feet. When they peeled initially the skin came off easily in the bath #tmi and my feet have been left soft and smooth, and I only have a very minor amount of flaky skin on my heels left. I will update if continued use cures the problem further but just an initial report here! Rice water is just made from soaking rice, stirring it after an hour and funnelling the water into a container. Leave the water out for 24 hours before storing in the fridge. It lasts about a week. I just massage it all over, leave it for 5 mins and then rinse off. Hope this helps!
