please help a desperate girl suffering from hand eczema

Hello everyone, i’d like some help please. I’ve been suffering from hand eczema for 2 years now and it passed on to behind my knees and my eyelids. Currently, im trying the candida diet( for 10 days now) but it seems like it is getting a lot worse and eczema is appearing on new areas. Im not sure if its a detox state. Today, ive done my first enema and lots of junk came out. The worsening of my eczema is really demotivating me. Can someone suggest what I can do or if I am in the right direction?

Supplements I take:
Probiotics
Viramin d3
Liver detox liquid
Zinc
Omega 3
Cod liver oil
DE (before bed)
