  I am so sorry that you were assaulted and that your world view has changed. There is free counseling through Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault agency that every state has. If they are not close check to see what other agencies offer free counseling. Your sadness is stacking up and it is important to work through the loss of your Mom, the loss of your family and the vicious rape. I promise you, life is worth living and if you can make it through the sadness, self loathing, self hatred, and anger there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. I speak from experience.

Hi. My name is Eleanor and I am a student researcher from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. I am currently looking for participants for a research project that examines self-injury discussion forums and their benefits and/or limitations. If you are over eighteen years old and have used these discussion forums in the past, I would like to invite you to participate in the study. Participation will involve filling out an online anonymous questionnaire and will take approximately 45 minutes. You will be asked questions about self-injurious behaviour, discussion forums, and a range of other things including your social support network and level of psychological distress. Hi everyone,

I'd like to invite you to be involved in some interesting and important psychological research!! I'm looking for individuals aged 18 and above to complete a 15-20 minute anonymous online questionnaire about self-injury.

As you may know, self-injury is a poorly understood phenomenon. I am hoping that findings from this research study will contribute to the current knowledge base, to guide clinical practice and assist those suffering from mental illness.

This questionnaire is part of a large research study aiming to understand associations between self-harm and particular psychological and interpersonal factors. It focuses on relationships, awareness and regulation of emotions, and details around self-harming history (if relevant). You have the right to cease participation at any stage while completing the survey.

To all my friends and supporters,

I made this video 4 months ago just before school was about to start. I was 13. It was a very emotionally dark time in my life. I made the video at 4:00am in the morning; I hadn't been sleeping at night for a long time, too many things going on in my head. I was dreading going back to school and I had not come out to my family yet. Only my closest friends knew. I didn't know how to say what I needed to say. All I could think about were all the bad things that had been happening at school last year, every year for that matter. I just couldn't bare to go through that anymore. I was done being fake happy, pretending hateful words didn't hurt, done hiding it from my family.

So this video was made for my friends that had moved on to High School who were worried for me, to say to them that I was going to take a stand, and to the haters at my middle school that I'm not going anywhere. I am who I am. I posted the video here and told people were to find it. That was it.
My friends were moved by the video and thought I did something important.

I was encouraged to upload it to my Facebook page so more people could see it. Maybe it could help someone else going through the same thing.

So I linked it Dec. 1st. My Parents saw it for the first time Dec, 2nd.

Then..... all this happened.

I never expected in a million years that it would have such a wonderful impact on so many people. I am truly humbled and truly thankful for all the love, encouragement and support from people all over the world. It's been incredibly overwhelming. I don't know what to say. Thank you so, so much!

Lastly, yes you have seen me happy in a couple short videos replies I posted; I would think that would be a good thing , and yes I do have friends, my High School friends, and I have made friends because when I came out they realized that they had hurt me and that they fealt sorry. The video is real, and true.

In the last few months everything eventually came out in the open, I felt a huge weight off my shoulders; I'm happy, I'm excepted for who I am, I'm more confident and feel stronger every day.

Personally, I was prescribed morphine, and that is all I am addicted to, it is all I take other than some pot now and then."
    
    There have been times in my life that I have seriously considered suicide. First time I ever saw life differently was in Korea while under a mortar barrage that killed men around me and where I promised myself I'd never consider it again. I lied. During deep PTSD from significant childhood abuse I know that if I'd had had a pistol I wouldn't be here - but caught myself in time and like the SNL guy picked myself up from being run over by a Mack Truck and have found highs without meds that are beyond belief. Lost a dear close relative to heroine so I know what drugs can do. Have been on morphine in a hospital and just cant stand it. There are many stories all over the Internet about dramatic recoveries from all of it - some quick, some not so quick.
    
    There are a few Western societies that are just beginning to recognize that street drugs are much less lethal when allowed to be given in a safe and non-judgmental environment where the drug lords don't live. We learn from everyone, even those who are addicted. It is sometimes slow and painful for all of us but I do believe we are learning.
    
    Yes, I still have hardships but the farther I travel the shorter they last. My current view of the world isn't "never give up" it's "just keep going and do what's gotten you through before" (meditation) and it has never failed me.

Not sure if i posted this in the right place but anyways..

4 days ago i cut myself somehow. It is about a 2 inch cut down my right pelvic area. I was really drunk at the time and to be honest i don't even remember how it happened -_- (yes, scary)

I know i was in the backyard of my friends house for awhile and there is alot of old rusty junk there, so I am pretty worried. I woke up the following day to find the cut. There was no visible tear on my pants nor was there much any blood. Just this 'clean' looking slice down the right side under my pants.

So now I'm scared of tetanus, but I'm kind of more scared of being vaccinated or subjected to hospitals... especially after researching into it. I 'think' i may have been re-immunized within the past 5 years as I went to emergency several times for cut/wounds... and i am just hoping they forced me to get a shot then, but I really don't know :/ (I tend to want to reject being injected with things from doctors :/ so i may have rejected it)

anyways, I've been washing it everyday (since the 8-10 hours after it probably occured when i woke up to find it) and it looks, ok now. It's scabbing up finally (the day I found it it didnt even look like I bled at all. This is the strangest cut ever)

but the third day and now the fourth day im getting some neck pain and im therefore really scared. I've been taking vitamin c (about 2000mg a day) and ecanecea and green tea extracts in attempt to boost my immune system but im worried. I have a wiiide range of other health problems (undiagnosed) so any kind of risk is really dangerous for me.

what should I do ? Is it too late to even consider an ER visit would help me? What natural things can I do? I put a bit of vitamin d/a ointment on it a few times. and some hydrocortisone 1% the day i found it after washing it.

Eczema Safe Raw and Paleo Diet Meats Feast

I observed that the reason people get bad quality food, sickening food, eczema causing, Psoriasis causing food is they abdicate the marketing and food preparation to the help or someone who’s time is cheaper… and may be less intelligent, in fact – non-knowledgeable about nutrition.

In this case, I am the money maker, I am the healer, I am the marketer and I am the lead chef. This is all part of preventive medicine. Food is the best medicine.

This Saturday’s feast was a nutritious combination of raw and lightly cooked meats. My children and I have a tendency to get eczema with bad foods. So I make sure we get good, clean, very nutritious foods.

For myself some raw beef and raw bone marrow. I was thinking of eating that onion with it but at this meal I was able only to eat the bone marrow plus the raw fishes and some garlic.

A raw fish fish dish were dulong in raw duck egg yolks. Dulong are tiny fish. So my kids get to eat the head, the innards, the bones. Some were lightly seared in a pan with ghee, and some were raw. Dulong is lean so you really have to add your duck eggs.

Another raw fish dish was finger long hasa hasa fish. It’s rare to get hasa hasa this small. It is dipped in vinegar to cleanse it from wet market handling. You never know where it has been so the vinegar cleanses it. The raw head is awesome, the body too.

The cooked in soup fish is called dorado. It’s a big green fish that turns black and yellow in the market. It tastes good in soup or lightly heated above charcoal.

The squid are with squid eggs, in the market they are called itlugan. Lucky those who get it, extra nutrition. It was lightly heated above charcoals and added some ginger and onions for flavoring.

The dilis are small fish that is dipped in real raw coconut vinegar to cleanse it from market handling.

Not in the picture were raw oysters and some heated to open oysters.

I hope this makes your mouth water. It was all delicious and everyone had a good time. Some 10 people feasted on this food that is paleo diet / raw paleo diet and for those who need rice, there was organic white rice.
