I've heard from several sources that MSM in pressed tablet form is nearly useless. I have several bottles of Nature's Way which has OPTIMSM, which is reported to be a high quality form. I take 10g+ a day spaced out. Can't say I've noticed anything.

Is the crystal powder form much more effective?

    A while back, I tried to learn as much as I could to be able to understand what they were telling me.
    
    This has grown so much now, that I feel I truly understand what they are telling me. And it has been so comforting and wonderful to know everyday.
    
    I truly feel, that perhaps many people can come to know what their Loved Ones in Heaven are telling them. And they can do this naturally and not have to have a "special gift," to be able to do this.
