Keep seeing same numbers

I am new to this. I keep seeing the same numbers 311 everywhere I look. It is not suggestive or that I want to see them or any of that. It is actually happening. Anybody have any idea what this could mean? I have been looking on line and see that there is a facebook page about people seeing 311 and there are a few threads out there about it but how about some answers? Thanks. Tweet
