Feels like death. I have been to hell and back with this parasite nightmare. From 2007-2014 not one doctor could figure out parasites. I had chronic, I mean 8-10x daily, diarrhea. Then, CDSA kit said I had blastocystis hominis. So, a naive doctor put me on herbal parasite cleanse, I took Humaworm. That was the beginning of the end for me. I had parasites every time I used the toilet, numerous varieties. And not just the microscopic variety. I had been on 42 weeks of Antibiotics in 2011 pregnancy. Then, a mainstream GI at UF couldn't figure it out (but fundamentally does not believe in parasites). She put me on prednisone, hydrocortisone, Remicade, imuran, you name it, even a hole in my stomach for a PEG liquid feeding tube. I currently have no MD hip to parasites to help me nor my family.
I tested positive through an alt MD for toxoplasmosis, trichinella, slmonella. I know I DO have worms crawling through my body, as insane as that may sound. I have no support system. People/family don't believe I feel as wretched as I say and think it 'delusional'. It's not delusional at all. It's so hard to wake up everyday and feel this pain, bloating, stiffness, disseminated crawling. I feel my life has been ripped away at 36 yrs old. Worse off I am horrified that this hyperinfection contaminated my 3 yr old, 7 yr old, and husband. I am so unwell I am living at my mom's. She is not compassionate about this circumstance. I just pray to God that my kids can be strong and well. They are my life and my husband refuses to get them treated. He's in denial over the dangers of (disseminated) parasites. He just agrees with the doctors who don't believe they exist.
I am in crying pain for my babies every day of my life. I don't want them to suffer with this. I faxed the pediatrician, told my husband and MDs. I don't know what else I can do for my babies? Breaks my heart to pieces. When I try to contact the peds my husband says I have mental health issue. Yes, I am a flipping basketcase because my kids were exposed and nobody is trying to help them but me. What do I do? Who can I call? They don't deserve this infection. I hate myself for ever having this!!! My 7 yr old daughter said she felt crawling on her foot. She took her shoe off to try to kill it but only saw her skin. *Keep in mind I don't live with her right now, so she isn't 'learning' this from me. That sends me over the edge, yet my husband ignores it.
I am on fenbendazole right now but just feel like letting this eat me alive. I am so tired of suffering and need support. It's so hard to have no quality of life.

We can all understand too that you would be worried about your kids but perhaps spare a thought for yourself occasionally - remember that you will be much better able to take care of them once you resolve this worm situation, which will happen once you work out the approach that suits your situation. This is a reply to # 2,242,747Thanks for your compassion. I have zero sympathy for myself, accidentally spreading this systemic infection to my most precious loves. I thank you for writing when you did because I just can't stop crying. My children don't deserve this hideous infection. I don't know how to successfully get them the help they deserve. They are in FL with my husband whom neglects my daughter's complaints of worm crawling under skin. I am in SC at my mom's house. She said today that she has lost her daughter (me) and it's true. I will never be the same. Just a mom who accidentally sickened her children and husband. I pray, someway, somehow they can thrive, and have the life I birthed them here to have.
PS so many ppl,including my family, don't believe hyperinfections, dissemination or scattering exists. It does. It's particlarly disturbing to be called "mental" or "delusional" by family, esp when they know that I was on steroids. I just wish they'd believe me. Sorry such long post!

This is a reply to # 2,242,748You really had no way of knowing you might infect your kid by letting him drink after you - clearly tens of thousands of parents do the same thing every day without a problem.
BTW you're not alone in being mistrusted by loved ones - I like many others on here have had all kinds of issues trying to convince family and friends that I am actually sick, let alone get any meaningful support from them. - Re: Disseminated infection,kids expo... Xelaetaks

This is a reply to # 2,242,748It may be a long shot but two labs worth trying Parawellness and also DGR Labs need a doctor to order that one though but in a few weeks they will be offering PCR stool test that can pick up DNA from tons of different parasites.
Also I've been sick with this s#it for over two years.
If you can ever get a diagnosis from one of the worthwhile tests it can at least give evidence of being sick and also offer some help on how to treat as you can go for more targeted treatments.- Re: Disseminated infection,kids expo... iriechic

Any thoughts on what someone hyperinfected should do for their innocent, exposed kids? If I could choose, I would rather them get treatment than me.

You're guilty neither by association, implication, or direct action, any more than any of the rest of us by being adam and eve's children and eating the wyrm's apple.
Yes, your much-loved daughter is someone who you can't directly help right at the moment due to conflicts in understanding health and well-being, but it's important to remember that spiritually you are not alone in caring and carrying her through this world.
I've been under the rock-and-a-hard place situation much too often (type 1 diabetes, Amalgam poisoning, amputee of left hand at age 21 due to cancer, ongoing issues with Hg-induced insomnia). From everything you write it like Job's experiences. ;_;
In the moments of overwhelming fear, remember to make warcries. Out loud. Cry out in fierce, angry joy that God's shown you the truth and a weapon with which to fight- and make your requests to Him in plain language for the healing of your daughter.
The parasite battle is one waged with a TON of fear and distress, and that's one trouble an uneducated population simply can't room in their heads in the middle of private war.
Your daughter was sent to the world by her Maker and true Father, and He did not send your daughter here unguarded, unattended. We don't see the Father's messengers with our physical eyes.. it'd be terribly distracting, and the fear and terror and shame that..
well, to say it- the horror you.. and I, and most on this forum feel at understanding, feeling and suffering parasitic infection would be global and public.
Sin is more or less that infection, of course.

This is a reply to # 2,242,748Sounds like a very virulent species has found you. That means you have to have an incredibly strong immune system to beat them and keep them in check. I am sure the kids would have caught it just by living in the same house with you. It may have been your husband who infected you and the kids. There are worm eggs that float in the air. It is usually kids catching them at school and bringing them home to the parents. First cure yourself, and then you can help them. Focus on you first. Start with a lower dose than recommended and do not be afraid to increase to a much higher dose than recommended if that is what your body wants and needs. Listen to it and it will guide you. Iodine and the companion nutrients will help to fortify your immune system. You have to cleanse and then build. Do this repeatedly for the rest of your life. Cleanse on full moons. It disrupts the life cycle. I could not get the doctors to give me enough prescription drugs to help much at all. 3 pills, no follow up. But you can buy all the herbs you want. You will herX, but don't confuse that with side effects. Herxing is good. Side effects are bad. One strengthens and cleanses your system. The other weakens and drives the disease into deeper tissues and the organs. This is a reply to # 2,242,670Can you start from the beginning, back in 2007 when this all started and explain exactly what happened and all the symptoms you've experienced from then until now? Why were you on Antibiotics for almost a full year? What's with all the immunosuppressors? Do you have an autoimmune disease?
I understand you are freaking out about your kids drinking after you recently, but what you really need to understand is that if you have had parasites since 2007 and you have a 7 year old and a 3 year old that they were BORN with parasites. Stop stressing. It will only make things worse. Your child drinking from your thermos LAST WEEK is a non-issue. They were exposed from the womb. I honestly believe most of us were born with and will continue to harbor parasites all our lives. Work on the problematic infections at hand and let the other sleeping dogs lie. It's an endless battle and all you are doing with your hysterics is creating a better breeding ground for other pathogens to invade because stress weakens your immunity. Try meditating, yoga, excercise, but you gotta get out of the "my poor babies!" mentality. It's not helping, only hurting. Just like when the oxygen masks drop on a flight, you put the mask on yourself BEFORE you put it on your kids. There's a very logical reason for that. Follow the logic. Everyone in the household must be treated, but that does not mean you should ignore yourself. Be the leader. You can get better, but let's all be honest here: they will never be eradicated fully. This is a reply to # 2,243,191Babies were protected in placentas from parasites, and parasites were unknown- not scattered but in intestines where they belonged. No use of immunesuppressants before either baby was born either.
In 2007- pregnant w daughter. Ate out every night. Diarrhea became the norm, like 1x day
After having her diarrhea remained.
It gradually picked up, maybe 4x day.
Celiac dx went gluten free but D continued.
2011-pregnant. Diarrhea 8x daily was normal. :( 42 weeks of Antibiotics because I had recurrent UTIs that wouldn't go away with courses of abx. (Group B. Strep and Klebsiella UTIs). Should've indicated parasites from this pregnancy.
Diarrhea got worse/same. Told to travel 6hrs roundtrip for "inflammatory bowel disease" GI MD at UF. She couldn't understand why such diarrhea, no Crohn's disease and no Ulcerative colitis. I had every test run, but only O&P for parasites. She said she, "fundamentally does not believe in parasites". Therefore, I trusted her and tried every immune suppressant she threw my way. I even had a PEG feeding tube hole in stomach.
Started having abnormal pancreatic tests. An endoscopic ultrasound show very narrow ducts. I suspect parasites were in ducts.
All this time my children and husband were super healthy. I was the only one having diarrhea 8-10x daily. I had C.Diff (deadly GI infection) in '13 and '14. I took vancomycin and had donor (eeeck, screened thru o&p!) Fecal Transplants.
Feb-Mar '14 dxd with blastocystis hominis. Did Humaworm....everything scattered and had loads of nasties exit. It was after humaworm that I had C.Diff again. So, in addition to vancomycin, I was on hydrocortisone steroids for inflammation. Hyperinfection got worse. Of course, I had no clue about scattering or hyperinfection, all I knew was things were crawling under my skin and I had cysts in inner thigh that were coming and going....never had before. No morgellons. I trusted Humaworm, I trusted Dr.Bradshaw who advised it, I trusted my mainstream GI at UF Health. Shame on me for not knowing better. I had profound displays of helminths and much more on Humaworm. It just didn't kill it all and big things escaped my "chain linked fence" leaky gut.
My son drank after me last fall, not last week. They are not the same. They are irritable, cranky, agitated, grind teeth, have crawling, he has to be told to use words, is exhausted all of the time- rather nap then play. He even said, "mommy please don't let me die. Don't let me die". No three yr old does that. It was like night and day after he drank after me. He immediately had a 100.3 fever. I was freaked. Then, his sister used his whistle/drank after him. And she does feel crawling in her foot. So yeah, I am frantic. They ARE my life. My daughter has said, "why can't we just be normal". She is only 7. I know they must be suffering.
I don't know how to get well. I have leaky gut and paras everywhere, bad anemia. I took ABZ today. And so that's my not so happy story. If my kids were well and I as deathly sick as I am, I would be so happy for my children. They truly are all that matters to me.

This is a reply to # 2,243,323I'm sorry, but I don't buy that a fetus is completely protected by the placenta. If that were true you wouldn't have to worry about anything reaching it during pregnancy, like certain drugs, sushi, etc. I also don't buy that parasites were always in your guy up until now. Like I said previously, most people are ASYMPTOMATIC most of their lives. But putting all of that aside for now, what is your plan? You don't trust anyone and no one in your circle trusts you. Why are you at your mothers house instead of at home taking care of your young children? They're not brainless---they know shit ain't right and they are feeding off of your hysteria. Of course they're all doom and gloom because that's how Mom is acting! You are doing them a disservice by creating so much drama around it. It's not the end of the world. You are not laid up unconscious in a hospital hooked up to IVs with a crew of infectious disease specialists poring over your medical records. You are but a speck of sand in the Sahara. WE ALL HAVE PARASITES. Yeah, it sucks, but that's life. What is your plan??

I apologize for sounding harsh, but it's more tough love than actual malice. Did you read everything I wrote to her across the board? There were helpful suggestions. What do you recommend she do? If I were a medical professional and she came to me and repeated everything she has written here I would write her a script for Xanax and tell her she should consider speaking with a therapist, possibly family counseling because until everyone is of sound mind and on the same page there's no benefit in trying to address the parasite issue when there seems to be some emotional or family issues that need attention. My questions about her living situation were valid. If there is nothing unusual about it then there should be no reason not to explain why she is currently living separately from her young, sick children that she would do anything to protect and care for. Does that not strike you as odd? If she had said, for example, that her mother is frail and ailing and she is staying there to help out her mother then that would make sense, but the part about why she's not in her own home, coupled with the fact that her own husband is going behind her back to inform the pediatrician not to listen to her is a huge red flag for me. If you want to be taken seriously, you have to act reasonably and with purpose. Waxing on about her sick children that she's not even there to take care of seems overly dramatic and disingenuous to me. I don't have kids, but if I did I would not up and leave them when they are ill and then go online to whine "woe is me, my poor babies!".
I understand that some people just want someone to listen to them, pat them on the back and tell them they are right and everything will be ok, but to me that's not helpful at all in fighting a very real infection. This is a parasite support board, not an emotional support board. Sure, those lines may cross occasionally, but as a realist I prefer to stick to tangible resolutions.

This is a reply to # 2,243,323Bugged out is right that parasites can be passed through the placenta - so you really shouldn't blame yourself for the kids possibly being infected. Just remember too that yours probably only scattered because of the humaworm and/or steroids so you need not worry about your kids in this regard. Does your husband acknowledge taht your kids might have worms at all? If so, what treatment are they on at the moment?

This is a reply to # 2,243,421My motherly intuition tells me that the kids were great until my scattered infection, dissemination of larvae into my bodily fluids, sputum, was contracted by them. I am a stay-at-home mom and wife, and noticed behavioral differences after my son drank after me on Oct.31, 2014. He had a 100.3 fever that night. I could be wrong and pray I am wrong. Of course siblings share germs so I think the whole fam needs treatment. I guess I compare this to strongyloidasis hyperinfestation which is very contagious. Therefore, I think whole family should be treated.
At my mom's because I am too weak to care for myself and the kids right now. I want to go home to FL. However, my husband and I need to see eye to eye on treating. He thinks everyone has delusional parasitosis. It baffles me because he saw what came out on herbs. Then the svatterong, then the steroids- hyperinfection. He wants me to trust him that parasites are non issue and I want him to trust me (living with migrating worms) that it IS a VERY REAL ISSUE.
I love my husband. I love my children. I just want everyone treated for safety measures, should I have strongyloidasis. The movement has been intense on valbazen.
People who keep their bugs in a non-leaky gut are really fortunate. Forty two weeks of abx really destroyed my gut microbiome. I hope I can find a good protocol and head home to FL soon. I hope everyone here finds healing.

Butyric acid, aka Butyrate, tightens up gut walls, evens out dihorrea/constipation, lowers candida overgrowth, lowers inflammatory responses in the colon, helps maintain liver, pancreas, intestinal, neurological health across the board. It's a main ingredient in producing GABA (the relaxation neurotransmitter), in keeping insulin-producing cells alive and functioning..
Basically it's used in epithelial cells (mucosal, including under your skin) throughout the entire bod.
parasite cleasing can be hard on your gut biome. You may be needing butyrate-producing gut flora really badly.

20 ml bottle, N-butyric acid, between 10-15 bucks. I mixed some borax (sodium tetra borate) water solution ( recipie: http://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/borax.html ), then put 15 ml of that in a dropper bottle I have, and added 6 drops butyric acid to the borax solution.
I've been making 1 drop per 0.5 liters of water my rule of thumb since I've been having candida issues this spring.
N-butyric acid is definately a sweet flavor, and smells like stinky cheese- for some people, like vomit. Trust me, the ingredients of a barf are muuuuch different.
The borax is the more troublesome of the two, giving light tension aches about the brain and drying out the skin.
It changes the sodium/calcium/magnesium/chloride ratio inside the bloodstream temporarily, and if you end up on a pee-spree for a few hours, you've just used too much borax solution. Keeping food-based magnesium (only one that does not feed candidiasis/bad gut bugs is magnesium Taurate, Douglas Labs' is best) and good Sea Salt levels up are a proper part of the balancing act.
The two together are one of the multiple ways to approach candidiasis.

I really started to pay attention to it towards the end of last month.. and one person at least on CZ used it in combo with borax water to stop candiasis.
If I remember correctly, it stops candida albicans from entering it's infectious state, the hyphal form, which is the one that starts creating plaques/biofilms.
Uwaaah, if you've got any tips to make upset kidneys happy again, mine are moody about the Clarkia and having taken a bit too much iodine!
