I understand your frustration 10000%. So many here project their own problems and solutions to their own problems without analyzing the person who posted, and providing useful and meaningful feedback that could help THEM.
I will attempt to do this for you.
You need to cut:
-brown rice
-oats
-amaranth
-quinoa
NO Anti-Candida diet thinks that those are a good idea.
Lentils also caused me severe problems. I would also avoid carrots 100% until your symptoms get better.
I used to eat oats daily for YEARS, I love them. I switched to Eggs, and then as I healed I switched to Bananas and Eggs. While my inflammation is down I can also handle Organic Valencia Peanut Butter & Organic Almond butter, during inflammation I can't handle these. I lost 20lbds last summer put most of it back on and then went on a strict diet around Jan and lost most of it again, I`m very much under weight for my size but Peanut Butter + Banana smoothies and I can put weight back on.
Too much of ANYTHING is bad... be it carbs, protein, or my weakness peanut butter.
I eat too much protein while not getting enough carbs and it's hard NOT to because you want (or should I say "are used to") that FULL feeling. Drink water, lots of water... add some Celtic
Sea Salt to get minerals and electrolytes maintain that full feeling.
The BIGGEST game changer for me was getting rid of inflammation first and I STARVED while I did this, and supplemented with L-Glutamine. 12-15g per-day. Lots of veggies, lots of water,
juicing Kale and
Celery 1 small apple 1/2 cucumber... it was amazing how fast the inflammation went down.
You need to get inflammation down, and then start introducing more nutrients your body can handle to heal itself. Your body wants to get better, it wants to heal itself and you need to provide the tools (nutrients) to do it. Once you areon that road you can then start supplementing with anti-fungals, and other more aggressive treatments.
The #1 thing is to STOP eating things that cause inflammation, and your other symptoms.

Why can't you buy bottled water ? It may not be the exact best PH but it's better than fluoride water.
I now Crock-Pot organic chicken and eat if or a week with veggies. Use lots of Celery, onions, and garlic in the liquid.
You sound like you've done
Elimination Diets have you found what caused inflammation ? For me this takes 3-7 days to figure out so it takes a while.
