Okay, you have a lot going on here. Anxiety attacks, in most instances, have an emotional and physical cause. And yes, your adrenals are probably severely affected. First thing that you need to do is eat right. Switch to a mostly raw diet, consisting of as many fruits and vegetables as possible. Get rid of all processed foods, junk foods, fast foods, sweets (sugar especially) sodas and so on. Oh......... And no alcohol. Alcohol will eventually turn on you and actually cause the panic that you are trying so hard to avoid. By switching to a healthy diet alone, you will notice that symptoms will subside. I have met at least one person whose anxiety was related to their gastrointestinal problems. Once that was resolved, they were okay.. I would also suggest that you take digestive enzymes for proper absorption of nutrients. However, I venture to say that part of the problem is emotional, as I see the common thread that is so often found in anxiety sufferers. You had a rough childhood. And, this of course would pave the way for a rough young adult life, and not addressed, it could snowball through your entire life. Emotional issues need to be dealt with and resolved. What I find encouraging is that you state that you refuse to give up. And I'm here to tell you that you can completely heal, but you must take the proper steps to do so and one very important step is cleaning up your diet. All the unhealthy foods is contributing to your condition.
Okay......... for your immediate sleeping problem, go to the Bach Flower Remedy site http://www.bachflower.com/ and get something called Rescue Remedy to help you with the panic you feel while going to sleep. You may also want to get something to help you sleep peacefully. Also, look through the site and get whatever is pertinent to your personal emotions.
Additionally, colloidal gold is very effective in grounding you and easing depression, and I suspect that severe depression is involved in all this. Utopia Silver http://www.utopiasilver.com has excellent quality colloidal gold. Colloidal gold works on body, mind and spirit. I take it every day.
I am going to leave you with the following article that I wrote on this subject, and keep in mind, it is from a personal perspective. I suffered from severe anxiety and panic for almost ten years before I learned about the importance of the proper diet and natural remedies. In it you will find additional supplements that will be instrumental in your healing.

I wish you the very best Dayvan. I know exactly what you are going through. But I'm here to tell you that with the proper lifestyle changes and working on resolving emotional issues, it will be okay.

You are most welcome. Addressing anxiety, like anything else, does take work. It's not just going to happen. The most important thing though is to love yourself. Love yourself for who and what you are at any given moment.

With your night anxiety, you may need a little help. Depending on how bad it is, if it is panic or bordering panic, I would suggest Rescue Remedy. Otherwise, Back Flower Remedies are very good and I would look for the one to help you sleep. You need to focus on relaxing. Relaxation exercises would also help and also meditation or visualizing, but these take practice.

Dayvan,
You need to eat breakfast. A bown of oatmeal with cinammon maybe. Or fruits. But something.
The bulk of the foods you are eating could be partly responsible for your lack of energy throughout the day. You are eating empty calories, with foods full of additives and chemicals. And I understand that this may be a convenience thing. Ready made food. But it's not good for you.
I really would suggest you switch to nothing but nutritious food. You may find that this makes a difference.

Healthyartist,
My diet consists of mainly raw fruits and vegetables. Lots of salads are good. However, commercial dressings contain unhealthy ingredients, so stay away from those. Olive oil and vinegar is a great topping, which I prefer, or you can make your own. You can add herbs and garlic for instance. My diet consists of 80% raw, 20% cooked, consisting of chicken, turkey, and fresh water fish. Sometimes brown rice. However, with the chicken and turkey, it should be organic. I eat a lot of fish and love salmon. Also legumes are good. No sugar. Ever. Bread should be whole grain, or whole wheat. Don't be fooled by breads that say for instance wheat on he grocery shelves, for they are mostly no such thing. Read the ingredients. If it says bleached or enriched, it is no better than white bread. I do eat dairy, such as eggs and cheese. Again, the source is very important. I will not touch milk unless it is raw goat's milk, and raw goat's cheese is the best there is. This may take some effort to find.
I have two meals a day and snack in the interim. You can have three meals a day or several small meals. But the thing is, you should never go hungry. Nuts make great snacks, as do fruits, even vegetables. So a person should never go hungry and have plenty of their favorite healthy foods on hand.
Homemade smoothies are great, as juicing. Delicious and filling. However, when making your smoothies, if you use yogurt for instance, make sure you get natural yogurt. Commercial brands contain unhealthy ingredients. Read the labels on everything you buy so that you are not fooled.
And then there are my supplements. I take oleander, colloidal gold, colloidal silver, iodine, selenium, chromium GTF, NAC, and IntraMax daily.
Keep in mind though, that these supplements are fine for me, since I no longer suffer from anxiety. Although the oleander and colloidal gold are recommended for anxiety, I do take them for general health. There are additional supplements that are mentioned in the article that I linked to above, besides oleander and colloidal gold, that also specifically address anxiety.
Hope this helps.
My Best,
Luella
