My day to day journey at this point is proceeding quite well.  In the evenings when I make dinner for my kids, I do have some cravings, but nothing that a tablespoon of molasses and a lemonade won't solve.  The big thing I wanted to mention is this growth I have had on the side of my knee for several years.  I'm not quite sure what it is.  It's not a wart but it may be a small cyst or something of that nature.  Anyway, the last few days the thing has started transforming itself.  It's almost like it is developing a scab.  I have been checking it pretty regularly to make sure there is no infection involved and there isn't.  The event is isolated to the growth itself.  I had something similar happen during my last winter cleanse, when I had a growth on my waist area vanish after three weeks.  This was something that had been there for perhaps five years, and due to cleansing it was gone and has not reappeared.  I suspect the same thing is happening once again with the growth on my knee.  It kind of freaks me out to watch my body healing itself like this, but at the same time, reaffirms my belief that fasting is a major factor in realizing a healthier body.  To think that people spend thousands of dollars on doctors when true healing seems to be an innate feature in all of us.  One of my goals, like many others who do the master cleanse regularly, is to never ever have to step into a doctor's office again.  On that note, I wish you all a wonderful day of cleansing.
