Well it's day nine and things are moving along quite nicely.  I did however have an event last night.  I had my last lemonade at around 8 pm and my smooth move at 8:30.  Just prior to going to bed at 9 pm, I drank about 10 more ounces of water.  Right when I was getting ready to go upstairs for the night, I started to experience some extreme cramping and pain in my lower abdominal region.  I got to the upstairs bathroom and had a small bowel movement and then went in to lie down.  At that point, I felt as if I was going to throw up, the pain was so intense.  I had to set up in bed for a few minutes and sipped on some water, and it gradually passed.  I wasn't able to get right off to sleep after that event.  It took my body about an hour to calm itself and for me to finally sleep.  At 3 am, I awoke and knew something was amiss so I rushed into the bathroom.  I had an incredibly large bowel movement, almost like I had eaten a four-course dinner.  It stunk to high heaven as well.  I thought I was going to pass out from the fumes, I kid you not.  The BM was pretty fiery as well, which indicted to me that the cayenne had really loosened up some old debris.  I went back to bed and at 4 am, once again I rushed to the bathroom and had yet another large BM.  It wasn't near as large as the 3 am movement, but considering I haven't ate in nine days, it was substantial.  I went back to bed and was up at 5 am, my normal rising time.  I was eager to get the SWF down and rinse the rest of that "crap" out of me.  It didn't take long, perhaps 10 minutes, and the butt pee was gushing out of me.  WOW!!!  I feel five pounds lighter today as a result and my insides really feel cleaned out if you can visualize that.  I must have cleared a roadblock somewhere inside my lower intestine or colon and I'm happy for that.  Anytime I can get that amount of diseased gunk out of my body, I feel liberated.
