I hope you have a smooth journey and hopefully
your children will have an easier time of it
this trip.

I will miss your blogging but am glad to know
your fast was so successful, you will be coming
back. I also am heading to better eating habits
my post cleanse. I recently bought myself a new
cast iron wok and yesterday a food processor.
I have a good juicer and have found my reluctance
to go raw less an issue this time. I had bought
raw recipe books in the past, but under the
insistence of my teacher/friend, I have begun
eating more meat to get more grounded. It did
help but I have also found myself going back to
being vegetarian since I was for years and now
that I do not have to cook for others, I find
my taste for it returning. Hopefully, eating more
raw & juicing more will appeal to my friends who
visit.

I did not make my kim chi yet but will. I have
not made the trip to look for those spices. I did
check to see if my local store still carried jars
of it so have my eye on those. I also found a good
source for brasil nuts since I plan to make the
chelating pesto for post cleanse. I will do my
clay drinks post cleanse again and then am headed
to delving deeper into liver flushing. Telman's
journey sure is motivating.
