I have decided that today is the day for me to conclude this journey.  I truly wanted to go to 30 days, perhaps even further, but the fact that I fly back to the states on Sunday is my obstacle.  By ending now, this gives my body four days to get things working again so I am able to endure the 24 hour journey, that's right, from door to door (Germany to the Puget Sound), is 24 hours.  It's tough enough for me to make the trip, but really hard on my kids.  Being that we leave on Sunday and arrive on Sunday afternoon, I was really hoping to take my Dad out to dinner Sunday night for Father's Day, but I'll have to see how my son and daughter are holding up.  They're nine and seven so a long trip like that is tough for them. 

Once I get back to Washington for the summer, I'm going to concentrate on juicing for a couple of weeks as well as oil pulling and my new neti pot.  I will also do two or three liver flushes to make sure my liver is properly flushed from the cleanse.  For you new people who may be reading this, we have a new blogger, albeit not new to the CureZone, called Telman.  The guy is a very experienced liver flusher and has been posting lots of great stuff on his blog, not to mention his results from his 38 flushes.  It is definitely worth your time to read through his posts.

So for now, I wish you all a successful journey on your path to better health.  I am sure that I will be back to this blog during my winter cleanse as blogging really helps me to remain focused on what it is I want to achieve.
