Well there's nothing much to report today.  I do have a few pimples that have surfaced since yesterday, a small one on my nose and three on my back.  Nothing major however.  Just another indication of toxins being pushed out of my body.  I did restock on lemons this morning.  I was able to get very nice sized lemons at $1.00 a pound.  It seemed like a pretty good deal.  I can get 4-5 tablespoons of juice from each one of these lemons.  I also had to break out my gallon container of syrup and fill up my half gallon container last night (the gallon container is too diffcult to manage when full).  So far I have gone through close to half a gallon of syrup.  I'm amazed at the amount of cayenne I have been going through as well.  I should have enough to get me through this current cleanse, but am definatly going to have to restock once this is done.  I am using close to half a teaspoon of cayenne per drink.  For you less experienced people out there, be careful about amping up the amount of cayenne you use too quickly as it can cause some severe cramping.  I remember last winter using 1 teaspoon per drink for a couple of days and had to immediately back off as the discomfort was a bit too much for me to handle.  You need to remember however that the cayenne is a very important part of the master cleanse and definatly should not be omitted.  Well that's it for now.  Have a good day of cleansing to all of you following along.
