I should get myself a good book that lists the healthful properties of all fruits and veges.

I'm surprised all in all how easy it's been, worst I think was day 3 with that headache.
The gunk on my tongue isn't showing any signs of clearing. I've been scraping it off with a purpose made thingy, but it reappears within an hour or so! What IS that stuff? I assume it's got to be better out than in anyway. I wonder how long until it would completely clear?
And, speaking of better out than in....I've had some very productive salt water flushes! Would I keep expelling junk at that rate if I kept fasting and flushing for a month?? Scary to think we carry all these toxins around with us, and it's scary to think how far from healthful the typical western diet is. As far as diet goes, mine is relatively good generally. And I still have all that junk!
I'm loving dry skin brushing. I think I'll keep that up even when I finish the juice fast.
...When will I finish the juice fast? Well, my original goal was to make it to one week and perhaps fast for two. (At a later stage I'd like to get super organised - frezze a months worth of family meals, buy a Greenstar juicer and juice until my tongue clears!).
Still one day at a time here, but I'd like to think I'll make it easily to 10 days.
Joint pains are still a problem and I seem to have a bit of inflammation. I have fibromyalgia which flares up with RA sometimes...not sure if I'm having a flare now or if it's just toxins moving through. Anyway I read that ginger is anti inflammatory so I've been adding it to more of my juices. I should get myself a good book that lists the healthful properties of all fruits and veges.
Going to a juice bar/cafe this morning. DH will probably order a coffee. Wonder how I'll handle it at such short range???
