The headache is making me fragile.

Ugh...still got the nasty headache. Even so I'm still going to try a salt water flush in an hour or so.
I've got some unrefined seasalt - its kind of greyish chunky crystals, hope it does the trick. I've seen 2 tsp - 1 TBSP recommended, per 4 cups of water. I'll be brave and try the bigger amount. In for a penny, in for a pound!
We didn't make it to playgroup. I'm disappointed for the kids, but with my headache I just couldn't face it. Also, central to the morning's activity is a formal morning tea where the children set the table and sit down to eat together. That part is fine. But the Mothers also eat! They bake, bring, eat and admire each other's offerings! Aaarrgghhh. I generally bake once every 2 weeks, something relatively healthy, low sugar and no dairy (because my daughter is dairy intolerant). I was all set this morning with the kids morning tea, and an extra made juice for me packed carefully in an insulated, sealed cup, but I hadn't baked...and I had no time or energy to whip something up. In fact even getting ready that far exhausted me. When it came time to head out the door I just thought I can't do this! I didn't want to draw attention to myself 1: for not having baked, and 2: for refusing everybody elses no doubt delicious offerings. I guess it's just too early in the game. The headache is making me fragile. And snappy with the kids.
We stayed home instead. Had a picnic under the crabapple tree while I sipped from my insulated cup and wondered whether I could juice those things!
Kids are all in bed now and the Broth du jour (written with sarcasm 'cause it's exactly the same as yesterdays!) is on the stove....
Omega 3 oil is still off the menu I'm afraid. Perhaps tomorrow?
Will update later today after The Flush has gone down :o)
