Welcome to Windows of Healing, thank you for joining me! I would like to share with you today, my little secret for successfully supplementing with Vitamin C Powder -
We all know Vitamin C is good for us, but it's such a drag to chug down the nasty sour stuff, it's hard to keep on top of it. I used to put it in juices etc, but it only improved the taste a little, and often gave me a stomach ache - Then one day a couple of weeks ago, I tried adding some artificial watermelon flavored syrup, (which was not good for me,) but improved the taste so much, it was actually good! So, I thought for a while about alternatives, and decided to try stevia powder - it was absolutely great! Now, this time I added a drop of tangerine essential oil to make it taste fruity - It tastes wonderful! It's thirst quenching, and tastes just like a kids drink or sports drink.
For a little experimenting of your own, you can use a heaping teaspoon of Ascorbic Acid Powder (pure Vitamin C), 1 pint of water (2 cups) and 1 drop of any pure essential oil (fruity is probably best). I keep my stevia white powder in a salt shaker (labeled!) and put about 2 quick shakes. You may wish to vary these portions until you come up with your own perfect mixture. (You may even want to add a dash of mineral salt)
Vitamin C Powder, Essential Oils and Stevia Powder can be found at http://www.vitaglo.com for very reasonable prices and good quality products. (I get the NOW brand)
Matthew 5:6 - "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled."
