My brother recently helped me change the frequency in my Zapper from 23 kHz to 2.5 kHz. While I’m not quite convinced that frequency makes all the difference in Zapping, some say certain frequencies such as this, penetrate better, so I thought I would try it. - I can’t tell the difference, but I’m not sick any more from using the original version any way!

We all know Vitamin C is good for us, but it’s such a drag to chug down the nasty sour stuff, it’s hard to keep on top of it. Clean pots and pans - No more bleach water!
Hey readers!
Heres my new way to wash pots and pans;
I wash them in borax water - About a tsp of borax for a sink of water.

I made a new laundry soap a few days ago and it’s working out great! I washed my blanket and some shirts and they are so super clean! They smell nice, - no scent! I am so thrilled, I want to share the recipe with you all, so here it is;
5 cups borax,
5 cups baking soda
3 cups homemade-soap flakes. (A good recipe is here - http://alt.5root.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13)
Mix these up in a clean laundry bucket.
It only takes 1 TBS per load. That’s 104 loads for under $4.00. Plus, no fillers, aluminum or PCBs!

OK, I’ve tried this so many times and had all kinds of results. I gave up many many times, and I think the first time I tried it was more than 2 years ago! I’ve finally got it!!! My big mistake was I was using to much of the borax liquid soap!
Here are my basic directions:
About 2 TBS Borax Powder goes in 1 quart jar of Water. OK, My hair comes about to my shoulder blades and I’ll use about 1-2 TBS of the liquid/water soap! (not the powder!) ...In my home we have a little pink calender in the bathroom which gets flipped every day by someone or another and on each page is a special scripture and a godly woman sharing an inspirational quote.
