Welcome to Windows of Healing, thank you for joining me! I would like to share with you today, some family tips for a good flu season!
Well, it's here, it's windy and the cold is going around. The whole family is Zapping. Benj didn't Zap until after he had a sore throat, but he's getting over the cold pretty quick (couple of days). He warned us in time though, so the rest of us have been Zapping daily, and though a few have reported slight irritation, non have actually let it get them. Yeehaw! A couple of us figure we beat it. Any way, just wanted to announce, since I started Zapping daily 4-5+ months ago, I have not been sick once, except the time my battery was dead, and I almost got sick.
If your family usually gets colds and flus, your best defense this fall/winter will be the Zapper. Get one! Get more then one! Get three, so that every one can Zap. At the first sight of a cold - a sneeze and a rumor that someone at school has it, or bumps in the mouth, every one Zap! For kids, use the copper rings and let them play a computer game while they Zap (only during the 7 minute parts...) or something special so they don't get tired of it. If you pay attention, and every one Zaps when getting fatigued and starting to get sick, you can avoid sickness altogther. Use these other fighters - Vitamin C should be a daily thing, (-2tuff-, stresses this!) Don't forget Colloidal Silver, using CS as a daily mouth wash will benefit the whole crew, killing the germs where they start! Use hats when it's windy! Get the kids a stocking cap they like and a pair of gloves to match, and make sure they wear them when they go out side! - even if it's just sweatshirt breezy wheather, this will help make sure you don't get ear infections.
If any one does get an ear infection, the one thing that helped me last year was CS in either nostral let flow back through my sinuses and to the opposite ears. This was a very bad ear ache, and I thought I was going to die or never be able to hear again (I was screaming in pain). After hours of pain, some friends came by and recommended lamp oil in my nostrals, to flow back into my sinuses, but we descided to use CS and it relieved it within 20 minutes and from there out it started draining and healing. Wear hat's though!
OK, so get a Zapper! You can get the ZP Zapper for $10 at http://www.zapperplans.com (the one I use) or get a parazapper http://www.paradevices.com or terminator http://toolsforhealing.com or get them on ebay! http://www.ebay.com
Get Vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid) from http://www.vitaglo.com and search for "Now Vitamin C"
Make a gallon of CS for a start using the free report from http://www.zapperplans.com or buy a generator (visit the Colliodal Silver Foum here at curezone)
Get hats and gloves before the Holidays! (ASAP!)
Eat lots of hot soup!
I would like to share a very informal recipe for Hamberger Soup, which is a favorite around here -
Boil a pot of about 2-3 quarts water and 1 quart tomato sauce. (You may vary things a bit) Add 2 lbs of ground beef and a half to a whole onion chopped. Chop 4-8 carrots and dice 4-8 potatoes. Add to pot and let boil. You can add celery also if you like. Turn heat to medium. Season with Garlic salt, Pepper and Italian Seasoning. Simmer until hamberger is fully cooked and veggetables are done.
Happy Fall!
