OK, I've tried this so many times and had all kinds of results. I gave up many many times, and I think the first time I tried it was more than 2 years ago! I've finally got it!!! My big mistake was I was using to much of the borax liquid soap!
Here are my basic directions:
About 2 TBS Borax Powder goes in 1 quart jar of Water. OK, My hair comes about to my shoulder blades and I'll use about 1-2 TBS of the liquid/water soap! (not the powder!) I just pour it in my hand, rub my hands together as if I am lathering it, then rub it into all of my hair and scalp. Wash it out really well, then fill a different quart jar with water and 1/4 tsp of Vitamin C power (Ascorbic Acid) and rinse my hair slowly with it, making sure to get everything. Then, rinse really well again with water. - (I used to get confused about whether I should rinse out the ascorbic acid rinse.) Any way, this has been working really well for me for the past 4 days, and I'd just like to encourage you to try it. Everyone has different hair, and your water is different, so you may need more or less, but try different things!
The biggest improvements I've noticed all the times I've been using this soap instead of the normal shampoo and conditioner, is my skin is way healthier! - and I mean my acne cleared super every time! Now that I am Zapping and I am no longer using the chemically loaded soaps, I am expecting to never have a break out again. - Plus, I'm not eating dairy any more. I'll let you all know how this goes! The no-diary thing seems to have already helped!! It's reallt so much better since I started zapping, there's not much to complain about, but it's going to be awesome to have a super clear face AND still have nice hair!!!
