Incredible Lightness of Being meets Beaver Mustard!
Date: 4/30/2005 9:49:30 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1162 times Today is one of "the" weddings...Jen is getting married today-my daughters best friend.
It dawned bright and sunny, a beautiful day for a wedding- a Blessed day for a wedding- All seems right with the world.
My buddy is in town and we will swim tomorrow if the weather holds. Good on us, it is nice to have someone who likes to do the unconventional stuff with you. We walked along the beach at "the spot" last evening remembering many of my incarnations through the last 4 years-laughing at my stubborness. This one "gets" it. Of course, the trip to India helped.
He thinks China may be the answer for me, I don't feel that right now -but I have until June to decide. I am making decisions-large ones- in the matter of days now...and it seems to be about knowing that I am loved, that no more of my nonsense will be accepted by the Universe. OK. It's OK with me. It's a big ass adventure!
Not directionless but free form and moving in a fast current- I must have be on the quantum plan. As long as my courage holds up, I will be peachy-better than peachy - Magnificient! hmmmmmm.............Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee! hahhahahahhah!
So today I will be indoors most of the day Crap- Oh well- So It Is! The water calls to the h2o in my bloodstream. I am very primal, and then in others quite analytical-yin/yang....? It doesn't appeal to figure it out today.
Today's Topic (finally) IS: daa taaa...
Cranberry Mustard! Ever had it, Ever SEEN it- if so BUY IT! I LOVE IT- I use it on a lot of stuff- the sweet of the cranberries is cut with the spicy tart of the mustard. I admit it doesn't sound that great-But it is a treat for the palate!
There is sugar in it, and high whatever fructose-so it is not virgin food-but virgin food (except for FRUITS) bores me. Salads are fine, but really who wants to live on lettuce and sprouts-Yes, well apparently a LOT of people like to say they do-! But, of course, there is a lot of cheating going on in the 100% virgin world. (In more ways than one!)
The brand name of my cranberry mustard is "Beaver"-ummmm? Oh yes, it is made in Beaverton, OR-well if you've got a mascot I say "go with it"-Beaver Cranberry Mustard from Beaverton Oregon.
Reading the label further -I see there is no nutritional value, whatsoever - ah ha this explains a lot!. NO WONDER I like it- It states, quite bravely, no significant source of anything- worded slightly more innocuous-but that's the bottom line. OH, there are 10 cal per teaspoonful- YIKES- give me more of nothing at 10 cal per teaspoon full! I can handle it!
So here is the value lesson-virgin foods are good for you. Mustard with cranberries are high cal and provide a lot of nothing-BUT TASTE DELICIOUS! My vote? More Beaver mustard.
Live a little-No one knows when they are leaving this plane- But we all know we are going. Have Fun and Love one another! Eat Cranberry Mustard and ENJOY!-John Lennon had it right!
