What a Spinning Array of Dessert Trays
Kibbitzing from the Shiska- How about an eclair while you read, darlin'? A Little Strawberry Shortcake-open wide I'll feed it to you, whip cream and all! hmmmmm...

I felt him coming home on Wednesday, and I e-mailed him-He is always on-line 'cuz he builds websites for $$-So I e-mailed him and told him that I felt he was due home and -damn -he was on his way Thursday (1 day off- pretty good!)- to do his taxes and to swim with me for a few days.
We like to swim together-he is the ONLY man I know who can give me a go in the water (I don't try very hard, 'cuz I like to chat with him while I swim) I am hoping the seal shows up for him-he'll crap! He just got back from India and Thailand last March. He brought me a beautiful Indian scarf that I wear everyday-'cuz I feel a little like the 60's are dawning for me again- sans the substances. Speaking of which he has been sober 20 years, he took his partying seriously! Many of my buddies went pretty deep before they came up for air. Some never got another breath-but I digress.
Today is his birthday (I had forgotten!) I am going over to his place and have a tea with him while he eats-I'm trying to talk himinto going to Enron -the musical...but he's not buying it- I think he wants a little quiet, entrained time, and after the Most Beloved One, I will enjoy adult quietude with him.
How lucky I am to have such cool people in my life! He has been trying to get me to come visit in San Blas for 3 years now-He wants me to stay a month-I can't- (I'm not clear why not exactly) I was ready to go last time-on the bus (30hours) last time he went down-but he'd already bought his airplane ticket- (after all the times he's asked, and me never going-I think he just figured I'd never go)
The big draw in San Blas is simplicity, cheapness and water -warm water- he and I share this unbreakable bond of the "need" for salt water. He will be spoiled by his 70-80 degree temps, he may not be able to hack the 59 degrees- It is a huge difference! We both like Kundalini Yoga, too!
He is a computer wzard, he programmed mainframes back in "the old days" hehehe. Always the cerebal types-good conversationalists! Ability to think on the feet. He is 59 years old today, I'll have to tease him immercifully! I am mentally rubbing my palms together.
I should be nice, hahahahahhah! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! My checkbook got turned into Nordstroms- I am safe-now I have to remember to take the stop payments OFF! I've run into trouble with this before. I think I'll do that right NOW!
Happy Birthday to my dear friend Pat! I Love You!
