all raw eating today, meeting old friend,etc.

Hello Curezone family. I had an incredible breakthrough last night. This sounds kind of gross but I couldn't go to sleep last night and at around three or so I found out. I began to get a lot of gas and spent my early morning vomiting and emptying my bowels. I went to sleep and got up feeling a hundred percent better.

Food diary:
papaya slice
soaked nuts
coconut shaving

lunch: green powder

papaya half again

okra with olive oil and salt

Watching Apprentice tonight then going to sleep early... Take Care everyone.
