Good morning Curezone Family food diary and misc. Herbal tea mixture of cleansing herbs for breakfast... I'm also carrying a bottle of spring water with me to my therapy appointment. Yes I've been going to therapy and my last few sessions haven't been good. I am praying for a positive breakthrough and directing energy towards that goal. More later.
