Good morning and happy Sunday

Having a glass of lemon water... I feel as if I have a cotton ball in my head. I recognize that is from not drinking coffee yesterday. It's not surprising. I'm not a good mood either. For the past few weeks, I was bingeing on chocolate bars and coffee and energy pills to assuage a depression that would not go away. Yesterday had to be the healthiest days of 'eating' I ever had in a while.

I have to go sit with my mom's patient. Tonight I may do a guided meditation. When I woke up this morning, I should have done some yoga, but my mind is so clouded right now.
