Weekend Fasting 'Shut In'

Good evening everyone. My day ended well as I still have breath in my lungs. My last meal was a vegetarian wrap, and some snacks I can't remember. Precisely why I made a decision to do a weekend fast of distilled water and fruit juices and also vegetables.

Saturday and Sunday are my days off from work. I am planning a wonderful weekend of purification using Queen Afua's 'one day fasting shut in' protocol. Her books are great, especially Heal Thyself. Sacred Woman is a very involved intense book with a heavy afrocentric emphasis. Don't worry about not being 'afrocentric'. I am 'cosmic-centric' and she's a wonderful woman I met in person at the New Life Expo last year.
