Evening...mixed success

my time at work with coffee and cookies,etc.

Hello all... I was at work and had a small cup of coffee. Turned out to be a mistake. I'm not sure if eye strain or the coffee is giving me monstrous headache I have now. I suspect both. It subsided a little with a veggie burger I ate from Burger King, but I am home now and going straight to bed.

I have to remember something I heard at the one meeting of Overeaters Anonymous I went to and that's one day at a time. I have about 24 years of my life that have not been so good and it is going to take a while for me to undo a lot of things. I'm not going to condemn myself for not being able to complete my fast, since I rushed into anyway. I was so excited about being able to blog and share with people *lol*
