Date: 3/7/2005 8:25:01 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1242 times First the 'bad' news... I had two cups of coffee and chocolate. It wasn't near the binging spree two weeks ago, but I had them nonetheless today. I also had two stuffed vegetable patties from work.
I did get to send out my mom's packages which put to death a procrastinating thought I today.
I just finished a Wai Lana yoga session. She is so AWESOME. I feel so good. This was the first time I exercised in over a year. My body was yearning for this moment. Today I was thinking about what I want to do and I had some thoughts like writing, going on safari in Africa,etc. I was so busy chasing after a boyfriend to make myself feel whole. I am not going to worry about having children anymore. If I don't get married, I can adopt and I'll be like the old woman in the shoe *lol*
