I was browsing the Alissa Cohen boards at rawfoodtalk.com. I woke up this morning with boundless energy and about two hours later started sabotaging myself by eating tuna fish and macaroni and drinking coffee with an energy pill. My face looked so bright in the mirror this morning because I've replaced moisturizer with fresh aloe for my face and also I believe cutting down on caffeine has made the difference.
I am also going food shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables at my favorite korean stand nearby. She has some nice oranges. I'm glad I'm able to catch myself when I'm falling off my wagon.
Well back to my cleaning because I want to go for a run before work. After work I may go to a OA meeting, but I don't know. I just don't have the vibe or right feeling about going to OA meetings. We'll see.
