A tea to help ease headaches

one teaspoon feverfew leaves
one teaspoon peppermint leaves
one cup boiling water
stevia herb or honey
combine herbs in NONMETAL CONTAINER.
cover with boiling water.
steep 30 minutes.
then strain.
add a bit of stevia or honey to taste
take ONE TABLESPOON AT A TIME
up to one cup per day, thru out day.
other herbs to use for headaches:
catnip leaves,chamomile, white willow,
wintergreen and pleurisy root.
if make other herbs apply same as here
and one tablespoon at a time as needed.
up to one cup per day.
precautions/ ragweed allegies : don't use camomile
if taking blood thinning drugs avoid feverfew.
if can't use aspirin/ tehn can't use white willow.
so make your choices which will work for you.
and apply it to above recipe
