Pain Relief Tea
1 teaspoon chopped valerian root
2 teaspoons white willow bark
2 cups cold water
combine herbs in a pan and cover with cold water.
soak overnight
strain.
take up to one cup a day,
a tablespoon at a time.
this cold soak tea can help relieve nerve pain

or mix them with plant extracts or oils
to make tooth pastes
alder bark (in a vinegar decoction)

orris root ,peruvian bark ratany root, rose oil,
sage, sassafras oil, thyme oil, sweet flag root, wintergreen.

one cup boiling water
stevia herb or honey
combine herbs in NONMETAL CONTAINER.
cover with boiling water.
steep 30 minutes.
then strain.
add a bit of stevia or honey to taste
take ONE TABLESPOON AT A TIME
up to one cup per day, thru out day.
other herbs to use for headaches:
catnip leaves,chamomile, white willow,
wintergreen and pleurisy root.

one tablespoon pau ’ arco bark
one cup water.
place herbs in a GLASS pot and cover w/ water
let soak overnight.
strain off herbs.

swish liquid in mouth for
a couple minutes before swallowing.
DO NOT TAKE BIG SAGEBUSH ROOT IF PREGNANT
