topical skin wash
two teaspoons marigold flowers
one teaspoon granulated echinachea root
one tablespoon white oak bark
two cups water
combine herbs in glass container
cover with water/ let cold steep overnight
strain off herbs/
use as a skin wash periodically thru the day.

topical skin wash for bites & stings
two teaspoons comfrey leaves
two tablespoons marshmallow leaves
one tablespoon dried yarrow
one cup boiling water.
combine herbs in NON_METAL CONTAINER
cover with boiling water.
steep 15-30 minutes
strain off herbs and use as a skin wash.
