Circulation teas to help reduce plaque in arteries
2 herbal teas to improve circulation and reduce arterial plaque.

one teaspoon burdock root
one teaspoon goldenseal root
one teaspoon cayenne
two teaspoons slippery elm bark
two slices ginger root
three cups boiling water
combine herbs in NON METALLIC container.
pour boiling water over & steep 30 minutes.
strain off herbs
store in fridge.
take doses of two tablespoons at one time/
NO MORE THAN ONE CUP PER DAY.
other herbs of interest perhaps
for reducing blood vessel plaque formation
and maintaining blood flow in capillaries
are:
Black currants & raspberries.

two teaspoons black cohosh root
four teaspoons ginkgo biloba leaves
two cups boiling water
combine herbs in NON METALLIC container
pour boiling water over them
steep 30 minutes then strain off herbs.
dose:= two-three tablespoons at a time
NO MORE THAN 6 times per day.
