Fatigue Tea
A teas for fatigue, plus a molasses pick me up tip.

one teaspoon blackberry leaves
one teaspoon strawberry leaves
one teaspoon raspberry leaves
tow cups boiling water
honey or stevia herb for sweetening.
combine herbs in a GLASS container.
cover with boiling water
let steep 10 minutes.
strain off herbs.
drink as needed
sweeten if desire with small dash stevia or honey.

I also use for myself morning pick me up:
one glass boiled water.
add one teaspoon plantation brand unsulphured molasses
(has 20 %iron & 20 % calcium )
add 1/8-1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
and a dash of Stevia herb (very little )
will make a light bitter/ like roasted nuts coffee style drink
very nice pick up without the dangers of coffee
at first it might seem bitter..(unless you drink black coffee )
but after a few days , you will probably like it fine 8)
