Day 23 of Post Water Fast

The morning was okay. I didn't want to get out of bed. I really didn't want to think about my birthday and how my heart was really missing Phil. I laid in bed for most of the morning, until I got up and got something in my stomach. I ate the last of my cake. I had been planning to put it in the freezer for later, but before I could do that, I ended up eating it. I didn't feel too bad about doing that, but I knew that it probably wasn't the most healthy thing I could do. I just wasn't feel my best emotionally and mentally.
My day was pretty boring. I didn't go anywhere, and I didn't do anything particular. I read books and watching TV. I thought about turning on my Wii and playing it but I was a little bit worried that I might aggravate my wrist/arm, so I didn't.
I did do a little bit of dishes since my wrist/arm was feeling much better.
I am not really prepared to start my water fast tomorrow. Why I say that, I don't know. I just know I might not be successful on not eating any solid foods. I guess it is because I am just not mental ready to do it and I know from the past, I have to be mentally “there” to want to be successful at it. If I really wanted to dwell on it a bit longer, maybe it is because I am at this mental road block regarding my thoughts regarding Phil. I am still a bit down about my birthday and Phil, so give me a couple days to get out of the funk. It also might be that I am not used to having more then 2 days off of work, and since my mind is not occupied doing other things, I fall within myself and get lost.
I can only see Sunday being a heartache to me as well. I am sure I will feel much better once I am back to work on Monday.
FOOD INTAKE:
BREAKFAST : (around 10:30 a.m.) 2 slices of White chocolate raspberry cake with 7 ounces of chocolate covered pretzel ice cream
DRINK: 6 ounces of 1% milk
SNACK: (Around 12:00 p.m.) Multi Grain tortilla chips with 3 Olive hummus
LUNCH: (Around 2:00 p.m.) Steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, spinach and asparagus
DRINK: 8 ounces of water
SNACK: (Around 3:30 p.m.) Carrot slices with 3 Olive hummus
DINNER: (Around 6:00 p.m.) ½ of a steak with stuffing and steamed veggies ( broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, spinach, and lots of asparagus)
EXERICISE: 0.88 Miles
WATER INTAKE: about 12 ounces water
WEIGHT: 130 pounds
