Castor oil cures - from head to toe...
I recently began a relationship with Castor Oil. I never knew her before, as she was renounced and hidden by Modern Medicine, of which I am but one of the many victims...

Maybe because modern medicine started to offer a cure for specific aliments? Allopathic medicine offers specific cures for specific ailments, and we all know disease not to be so simple.
My father, an alcoholic in remission, should have been dead a long time ago. Thanks to a very sturdy constitution he made it through severe alcohol poisoning. His doctor mentioned once that his liver should have been pate by now. But he seems to be as healthy, if not more so, than any other 68 year old - by the way, he has been clean for about 3 or 4 years now. So how does this relate to Castor oil? My Gran (rest her soul) apparently was of the 'old school' belief that one's bowels had to empty every now and then and fed my dad Castor oil as a child. He still reminisce about how awful it was. But I believe, it might just have saved him from an early, self induced death, by strengthening his system as a child.
Recently I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts. Maybe I would have reacted less severely to the news, if it was not for the fact that I only have one ovary, and still have to have children - if I decide to have any, one day. I started to eliminate as many hormone disruptors from my environment, especially perfume and deodorant. As a substitute I started using Castor oil with some essential oils under my arms - rosewood and lemon. It does keep odor at bay, and as an added benefit, my feet are nice and soft for the first time in my life, as I rub the excess oil onto my feet.
Another interesting thing happened to my feet - I had developed a ganglion on my foot, and without me specifically treating it, the bump disappeared. I believe it might be due to the Castor oil I rub on my feet.
I have started to use Castor Oil for other ailments too - since I had a miscarriage, I started getting backne - acne on my back. I was horrified - Jojoba oil seemed to help a bit, but I have seen the best results with Castor oil.
I also use Castor oil in my soap recipes. It makes lovely bubbles and conditions very well, without making the soap too soft.
A friend of mine showed me some eczema spots on her lower legs. I per chance had some Castor oil infused with leonotis leonoris I had planned to use in a soap recipe, and remembered that leonotis can be used to treat eczema. I gave her some, and she asked for more recently, stating that it relieved the itching. This effect might have been due to the leonotis, as it has anesthetic properties. Leonotis is, like castor oil, also anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral. So, together I think it should make a good treatment for eczema flare ups.
I have been using Castor oil packs on my lower body for the last week and a half, 3 times a week. About 3 days ago, a painful popping sensation where my ovary is, woke me while sleeping. I think one of the cysts has burst, because I noticed some small yellow chunks in my daily discharge. So, something is happening. Tonight will be my sixth pack.
So, wow! Castor oil! I will hence forth always have Castor oil in the house. My parents generation fell victim to all kinds of advertising from pharmaceutical companies, and dumped the old, proven remedies. Now we have a drugged-up, disease ridden, uninformed generation of 30-somethings. But our parents are not to blame, we have the chance to learn valuable lessons from their mistakes, and rediscover truly miraculous cures from nature herself.
