parasite fast: day 16

cheated--ate food today. Bad diarrhea. Not caused by food.

cheated today.

Got very discouraged about something. Discouraged on a life determining level. Gave up what I was doing and reached out for food for comfort.

Had the worst diarrhea I've ever had. Lots of lots of straight water and bloody stools.

Bad day
