parasite fast: day 15
Doing better--symptoms reduced. Yay! 2nd time they decreased after water fasting for 24 hours. We'll see what happens this week. My new theory about my symptoms: Electric Hypersensitivity. Bipolar mood is euthymic.

Well, I am doing much better today. When my dog had cancer, my vet told me that the symptoms would wax and wane. I hope that is not what is going on with me. I took a long nap this afternoon, and it made me feel great! I felt, again, like I was a self cleaning oven. When I woke up all the bad symptoms I have been experiencing on and off were much better. At 4:00 today when I woke up from my nap, it had been almost 24 hrs. since last nutrients--since my last juice the day before. Hmmmm, that's what happened last time--24 hrs into my water fast my symptoms decreased. And then they came back when I was juice fasting. Hmmmmm. Water fasting is good.
I have a new theory. As I was ironically doing reading on the internet on emf's I realized that there is a veritable disorder that has been dubbed, Electric Hypersensitivity (EHS). I have many of the symptoms like heartburn, bone pain, poor concentration. Emf's cause problems with the central nervous system. I have felt like I am being gently electrocuted within. Rigidity all over including in my brain. Well, at any rate, it is my new theory. It made me feel less worried that I am dying even if cancer is an outcome. I unplugged the big screen and I am limiting my internet use. I turn off airport whenever I can. I am trying to spend more time outdoors. And, of course, fasting helps the body detox from emf radiation.
I am once again passionate and optimistic about my fast. (I am concurrently doing infrared saunas to speed up detoxing. The combination with fasting is great.)
Also of note, this is the 8th straight day that my mood has been up. Fasting? Maybe. Also my alopecia is definitely better when I fast.
