Ok so it is September 1st officially, and I'm a little behind schedule, but right on track. Confusing, right? Let me explaiin.

Previously I'd decided to begin my detox the last week of August and then begin my fast, but I ended up getting a new job and having to transition into that. Luckily, and to my benefit, I'm working at a gym! This includes a FREE gym membership! BENEFITS = better sleeping habit and schedule, I'm forced to eat breakfast now, and I am working out more!

I haven't started my detox yet, but this week I'm buying a used juicer I found for $50 and then I will begin!

I've started of getting up at 3:45 AM for work, (I know, early right?) and eating a small breakfast of about 1 cup of yogurt mixed with special k rice cereal or an all natural granola bar. Then, I eat a small snack of cereal, fruit, or 1 protein shake every 2-3 hours there after, until I eat lunch by 11-12. I either work out before lunch or in the evening.

Hopefully, my next blog will begin with an entry about the detox!
