It's tough getting through the first few days, but you can do it (not to sound cliche). Another tough thing for me when I fast is that my boyfriend supports me by going home to eat and then he comes back over. He doesn't want to eat in front of me. At first this made me a little lonely, and I swore up and down that I was strong enough to have him eat in front of me. Ha! Isn't it funny how sometimes the ones who really love us know us better than we know ourselves?
At first it was really lonely. And I got bored. But I slowly started using that time to relax. To read. To work on projects I hadn't had time for. The time that you will spend alone while your boyfriend is off eating is a gift. Believe me, if you would have told me that 2 weeks ago, I would have had some sarcastic remark. But after my cleanse yesterday, I am so much more relaxed than I have been in a long time.
You may have to put your foot down and make sure your boyfriend does not eat in front of you. But you will learn so much about yourself in the end.
Also, day 30? is that it? Day 30 will come no matter what. It will come whether you have juiced or not. When day 30 gets here, how do you want to arrive? You can definitely arrive with a new, clean body.
Sorry, I had a really good cleanse yesterday, and I know I sound like a hippy today. :) Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
