Hoorah! Now, days 1-3 is the emptying of your system. Days 4-5 is the shutting down of the system. So you will probably experience "hunger pangs", but you have to ask yourself: Are you really hungry, or is this a physical sensation your body has learned to inflict on you to get the food that it wants? You can get through this!
The fact that you are already getting oily skin is phenomenal. That means you are already cleansing SOMETHING. Better out than in!
As for the enema - you need to have a bm at least once a day. Your colon is a major thoroughfare for releasing toxins. If you don't get them out, the will be reabsorbed. So one enema every three days is fine. Each day is probably okay - but I don't know. I am not "trained" in this. I just have my personal experiences. One way to deal with it is to have a psyllium shake, which tastes like butt. Sorry to tell ya that. Let me know if you want more details on what/why to take the shake.
I highly recommend you reading a book during your process: Toxic Relief by Dr. Don Colbert. It's written in a way that at least I can understand it. You will not have ANY surprises.
Keep going! I can't wait to hear how day 4 went! Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
