Hoorah! I couldn't wait to get on to see if you made it through Day 4 & 5, and you did! You got through the hardest part of it all. Now you are in cleanse mode. There will be times when you want to stop b/c you are bored, you have cravings, etc. But remember that you will just have to go through days 1-5 all over again.
Do you realize how few people make it as far as you already have? Yeah! And tomorrow will be a whole week! Then a few days, it will be day 10 - exactly 1/3 of the way!
Now remember, part of cleansing is a cleansing crisis. Mine hit on day 7 this time. I had what seemed like a MAJOR sinus infection with a fever. It lasted 3 days, but I haven't had any allergies since. So it was my body healing by getting rid of whatever it was. The first time I fasted, my first major crisis wasn't until day 20. Just be thankful that your body is efficient enough to get the crud out.
Also, for me, I found the cleansing went in a cycle. My body would release the layer of toxins into the circulatory system, which goes through the brain. I would get REALLY emotional, overly sensitive, angry, paranoid, whichever emotion that toxin was related to. Then my body would start to purge it causing some achy-ness, flu-like symptoms, etc. By this point, I was no longer emotional. Then it would purge, either with a bm, pimple, oily skin, snot, ear wax, abscess, boil (yes, the Toxic Relief book warned of this, and I actually had one...ew!), bad breath, bad body odor, etc. Once that was over, I felt like a million bucks for about 3-5 days and then another cycle would begin.
Don't beat yourself up if you don't feel like working out. Your body is healing! I suppose "healing" is a more accurate term than "cleansing".
Keep going! You will find through this process that you are a lot stronger than you ever thought possible. You can do this. If you think about stopping - like I did last night - just put it off for a day and then reevaluate. I am SO glad I did.
You are doing great!
