I've just learned about juice fasting
I need your support as I begin my first juice fast

I'm 20, in my first year of college, and have been thinking a lot about my health lately. In high school I was active in sports but didn't diet or worry about my weight. At 5'4 I was happy at 140 pounds. 2 years later I've gained 30 pounds and am sick and tired of the extra weight!
Two weeks ago I began to exercise 30-60 minutes 4-5 days away and improved my diet somewhat and I'm down to 165 pounds.
I really want to go ahead and lose the extra 25 pounds now so I can maintain my desired weight I had before I stopped exercising.
I've been researching heavily across the Internet and my plan is to
1)Continue working out, cutout dairy productsand meat for the next 7 days
2) Then do a 6-7 day detox to clean my system (my sister recommended Detox-7)
3) and by then, in 2 weeks, will being my juice fast
My GOAL is to fast no more than 30 days to lose 20-25 pounds and from there I would like to begin a new lifestyle consisting of a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables and continuing my exercising to maintain a new, healthy weight.
