Date: 3/13/2009 1:05:45 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2060 times Weight this morning- 143.4 Okay, there must have been alot of water weight lost because that's over 3 pounds, which is completely not typical. I usually go several days, even up to 6-8 days before I show much of a loss at all. My 10th day I'm usually only down 10 pounds- it kind of all comes off at once.
Today I've had the typical bad headache but the stomach rumbling has been very little so far- I'm really not thinking about food much at all. Trying to focus on the flat, empty stomache feeling I like. I've had juice made with pomegranate seeds and acai berries today, as well as ruby red grapefruit juice. One thing I do need to do is up my water intake. I usually drink a gallon of water a day (forced) but yesterday and today both, had to make myself drink. After work I will stop and get some cleansing items so this weekend I can get squeaky clean (at least that's the plan)
This being Fri night is usually the very hardest for me- I have 4 kids and weekend time is for fun and always eating out, popcorn and movies, pizza for sure, and usually baking some cookies or treat like that. If I ever fall off, it's always on a weekend. Not this time- I'm mentally and physically ready and I feel like bloated and cruddy so I have to keep that thought. I have to break my just recent sugar addiction and eat healthy like I always have- not sure when or why I changed. Gotta get in some veggie juice today, as well. I hope there are others out there doing this with me!
