2/23/10 Weight- ? Here we go once again. Tomorrow’s the big day- the dreaded Day 1! My last fast was a 14 day water fast late last year. I had a great fast for the most part, actually I take that back. It was a great fast. It was so much easier and the cravings weren’t nearly as bad as other times. I have to get back to it because I went crazy again after a few months and gained all my weight back. Story of my life. I’m going to get on track this time and keep it together- I have a half marathon to train for. Gotta get my mind right. Here we go, wish me luck!   visit the page
