I'm so sorry for not being able to cheer you on for those couple of days! My computer wasn't cooperating with me hahah you know, technology..Anyway, I decided I won't be logging my days anymore because I only wanted to do that since i was planning on doing it for 40 days. Today is my day 8 and if you're interested: I'm also at 132.4! My waist is 27 and my arm is almost 10 in. But only if you're interested! :P I'm planning on ending it on day 14 or 15. I had the most major detox 2 days ago..I started shaking and sweating and being all lightheaded..it was crazy! I decided to do more frequent fasts but shorter. Kinda want to experiment a bit. Oh and don't listen to your family :P Just stop when you feel is right! I'm sending you a website that has pretty good recipes:
